Its bearing out of the shaft adopts high-reliability JDB solid inlaid self-lubricating bearings, in operation, through the solid lubricant, it can friction with the shaft without maintenance.
Its limit switch uses an OMRON photoelectric switch, the positioning accuracy can reach more than 0.02mm, and in the work, it has no mechanical contact with high reliability.
Its positioning control module uses an industrial single-chip microcomputer as the core signal acquisition and control system, its performance reliability, and stability are not comparable to analog circuits.
This product adopts full isolation technology, namely: strong AC120V/24V input isolation, weak 4-- 20mA isolation, output Angle sensor isolation, and the isolation between strong and weak currents, which avoids external instrument circuit interference or common short circuit and improves product compatibility.
